The staff was very friendly and, despite the Corona situation, tried very hard to accommodate the few guests who stay overnight for work.

Beautiful hotel. The owner is a very nice gentleman. Everything up to date. That's what I call a hotel where the love for the house is immediately noticeable.

Very quick and easy check-in, very nice people, I'm always happy to be there. The rooms are very carefully furnished and offer very cozy spaces. And are clean. Highly recommended.

Small but cozy rooms, bed way too soft for me. No food and no breakfast due to Corona. Also no coffee or machine. It's a shame, very clean.

I was thrilled from the start. Newly furnished modern rooms with large WiFi TV, inductive charging station, USB socket strips, well thought-out lighting (LED light strip parallel to the bed), spacious bathroom with a huge mirror front. Cozy dining room and rich breakfast buffet with very nice service, I saved myself the search for a restaurant, because you felt comfortable there. The Sauerlandtherme is within walking distance, towels were offered, if I go to the Sauerland again, I don't have to think twice because of the accommodation

Unfortunately I had to find out by phone today that a gentleman (I don't want to name names) answered very impudently and cute. No trace of customer friendliness. At this time in particular, one would have to behave differently.

We were spontaneously dinner here with 8 people last Saturday. We were satisfied across the board. The staff was friendly and attentive. the dishes were all very tasty and reasonably priced. I especially, because I eat my steak very English, often have problems with the cooking point, but here it was optimal. I can't say anything about the hotel, but everything made a great impression. Should we ever be in the area again, we will return there

Update: The owner's answer is a lie. Corona rules were DEFINITELY NOT COMPLIED. Distances between guests were not respected, whether group or individual. The reasoning of the proprietor testifies to total intellect. Zero self-reflection, zero insight. Instead insults churned out: bums, psychopaths, etc. But to counter them honestly: I'm not surprised that they only accept cash payments. How else should your ill-fitting third parties, your thin hair and your Mercedes Benz potency compensator be financed (which you clean every day with devotion)? Maybe just save the tip and buy sovereignty and eloquence from it ;-) Original: Corona requirements are trampled underfoot here. Distances are not kept, everyone can finger around in the "buffet", only cash payments are possible, sloppy service staff who cannot even carry out the simplest orders. And then to let the owner call you a bum is the very last thing.

I was a guest here and was absolutely satisfied, the premises were clean and well-kept and the food was really great. The corona restrictions are observed, but one tries to provide the guest with the best possible service. An absolute recommendation!

Everything neatly arranged good food.

Great modern rooms, the grill buffet also great as a vegetarian as it is a large one Selection of salads and so on and the cook for questions about ingredients (allergy) was also directly within reach. All the staff, no matter if reception, restaurant or breakfast buffet was very friendly. We would love to come back !!

Even if you are not staying overnight and are just passing through, it is always advisable to stop by to eat something delicious. For the small appetite in between, there is always a good and very tasty selection.

Hopefully all of the people reading the reviews will realize what kind of person you are. As soon as you write something that doesn't fit your stuff, they become abusive and insulting and tell untruths about people. I am surprised that they have not yet received any charges of denial or insult. But what is not, can still become. Then rate my father-in-law's slaughterhouse, where you have never been a guest. Completely adult hingegenWe, on the other hand, we do with you, and that every single word is correct, from what we wrote, you know just as we do. And you know that they lie and tell things that are not even close to the truth. This not only shows us, but a lot of other people what a shabby character they have. And now you are welcome to insult us further, it seems to be your hobby. Better take the time for the guests who enjoyed your stay. You don't read a single comment.

Bed okay, very small single room with mini window, New Year's Eve buffet was not equipped with a warm vegetarian alternative despite booking in advance. With half board there was a variant of vegetarian food, while the other guests were allowed to choose between two meals. After the second day, the side salad was no longer available for the vegetarians. The food tasted good and the side salads we got on two out of five days were delicious and fresh.

This hotel is perfectly accessible and is located in Bigge (close to Olsberg). Beautiful surroundings. Staff does its best for you, but customer friendliness is still lacking. This hotel also has a bar, but between 12:00 and 17:00 the hotel is closed and you cannot stay anywhere else than in your room or of course outside. The bar area is cozy and as a hotel guest I would rather have eaten there in the evening than in the somewhat chilly breakfast room with plenty of light. Did we say something, but apparently not good enough. Also asked if I could leave a little later on Sunday than strictly 10:00 am. But there was no room for that. I was even reminded when packing the suitcases in the car whether I wanted to pay first (more than € 1400). Do not really feel like a reliable guest. Yet we have had wonderful days; peace; delicious food; great breakfast; friendly waitresses; nice swimming pool in Olsberg and delicious beers. Well, it is and will always be German!

Very nice rooms with wireless chargers and different lighting options, smart TV, pretty view, quiet town. Small glasses in room and breakfast, and the sink in my bathroom was not rectangular as shown in photos.

The food is fantastic and the rooms are nice nd comfy.

********** This rating is for the pub/restaurant at the back of the hotel. ********* Rude pub/resrestaur owner. I would have rate this negative star if there's this option! We did ask if they accept credit card payments before we order anything and was told by waiter that they do. Once Sat down then pub owner told our children to take off their shoes else they are not allowed to sit down on the bench, when we finished meal, pub owner then argue with us saying they don't accept credit cards. He then force us to apologise and put a surcharge on our payments. I would not recommend this place and definitely not children friendly!
